We are partnering with an Australian-based private equity firm with a strong track record of investments in food and agribusiness companies. They back founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams with capital, strategic insight, and hands-on operational expertise to drive sustainable growth.

With deep experience in the Asia-Pacific private markets space, strong institutional backing and relationships they are seeking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate to join this successful team. This opportunity offers an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in sourcing, analysing, and executing private equity investments across the food, agriculture, and environmental sectors.

This is a people-first business that thrives on genuine partnerships and a value creation mindset. As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will build and manage relationships, conduct investment screening, conduct financial modelling, and valuations, prepare high-quality investment committee papers and support portfolio companies on strategic growth and operational initiatives.

We are looking for candidates with 2–6 years' experience in investment banking, management consulting, transaction advisory, or private equity. You will have strong analytical, modelling, and valuation skills, be organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative, have excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in food, agriculture, and environmental markets.
