If you are looking for your next career opportunity and have a passion for claims and client advocacy we are on the lookout for two talented individuals in our Pacific Claims team based in Sydney or Melbourne to work in the management of claims arising out of our Corporate and Specialisms.

What will you be doing?
- End-to-end management of claims notifications and claims across a variety of insurance classes.
- Working directly with clients to support notifications of claims.
- Policy coverage analysis and advice.
- Proactively ensuring smooth coordination of claims with insurers
- Advocating positions on behalf of clients, managing and resolving coverage issues.
- Assessing and understanding legal exposure and quantum, liaising with defence counsel and insurers on strategy and defence of the claim.
- Coordinating and supporting pragmatic resolution of claims.
You will need the following experience and qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in insurance
- Understanding of policy coverage within insurance policy.
- Strong client service skills
- 2+ years insurance experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, quality standards and compliance.
- Have a 'client first' focus with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships
- Be adaptable
- Work collaboratively with others and be able to manage competing priorities
