What will you be doing?

• End-to-end management of claims notifications and claims across a variety of insurance classes.
• Working directly with clients to support notifications of claims.
• Policy coverage analysis and advice.
• Proactively ensuring smooth coordination of claims with insurers
• Advocating positions on behalf of clients, managing and resolving coverage issues.
• Assessing and understanding legal exposure and quantum, liaising with defence counsel and insurers on strategy and defence of the claim.
• Coordinating and supporting pragmatic resolution of claims.

You will need the following experience and qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in insurance
• Understanding of policy coverage within insurance policy.
• Strong client service skills
• 2+ years insurance experience

• Have excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, quality standards and compliance.
• Have a 'client first' focus with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships
• Be adaptable
• Work collaboratively with others and be able to manage competing priorities
