Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Receptionist located on-site in St Leonards. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting and assisting patients, managing patient records, processing payments, and handling other clerical duties. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using office software and equipment
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are beneficial
