We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate **Full time - Receptionist / Guest Relations Officer** to join one of our global finance clients based in the **Sydney CBD**.

**THE POSITION**:

- Providing high level administration and guest services
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work loads
- High attention to detail in Administration and document control

**THE PERSON**:

- Minimum experience at least **1 year** in a Guest relations OR Receptionist position in a corporate setting
- Skilled in MS Suite
- Impeccable presentation and communication
- Reliable, proactive and able to work autonomously
