Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at West End Motor Group, located in North Parramatta. The Receptionist will handle day-to-day tasks such as answering phones, greeting customers, and managing reception duties. They will also perform clerical tasks including managing appointments and records, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting the sales, admin and service teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in automotive industry is a plus
  • Availability Monday to Friday.
