Join Our Team – Part-Time Medical Receptionist (Queens Park, WA)

Are you a warm, organised, and professional individual with a passion for patient care? Queens Park Medical Centre is looking for a Part-Time Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and help keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greeting and assisting patients with a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Managing appointments and handling patient enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a medical reception role (preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with medical software (Best Practice experience is a plus)
