Location: Perth CBD (Fully Onsite)
Contract: 12-month fixed term

Filing, Registration & Search ClerkKnowledge and Research team

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and lodge company and business documents via third-party platforms and directly with regulators such as ASIC and PPSR
    • Includes time-sensitive filings, ASIC share lodgements, and ensuring the correct forms are used
  • Process PPSR registrations, updates, discharges, and Secure Party Group creations
  • Conduct business, association, and partnership searches using preferred providers or ASIC, including requesting document images
  • Support lodgements with Land Registries and State Revenue Offices
  • File, issue, and search court documents through courts and tribunals; order transcripts when required
  • Manage credit card payments to external agencies and assist with disbursements (e.g. weekly InfoTrack processing)
  • Carry out general admin tasks such as credit card reconciliations, managing user access to search portals, and updating staff changes
  • Work closely with the national FRASC team to ensure seamless support across offices
  • Follow WHS guidelines and responsibilities in line with your role
What You'll Bring
  • Good understanding of court jurisdictions and relevant regulatory bodies (ASIC, PPSR, Land Titles, SRO, etc.)
  • Experience with electronic lodgements and legal or administrative processes
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple tasks
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and a strong client service focus
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to support colleagues as needed
