We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Licensing Clerk to join our administration team on a part-time contract basis with view to permanency.
About the RoleThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will be responsible for processing vehicle licensing and registration documentation while ensuring compliance with WA Department of Transport requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing new and used vehicle registrations, transfers, and cancellations
- Preparing accurate licensing and compliance documentation
- Liaising with the sales and administration teams to ensure timely processing
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Providing friendly and professional customer service when required
About You
- Previous experience in an administration, clerical or licensing role (automotive experience highly regarded)
- Current Dealer Online Login will guarantee interview
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confident with computer systems and data entry
