About Us

Gardner Autos is a trusted name in the automotive industry, proudly representing leading brands and delivering exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Licensing Clerk to join our administration team on a part-time contract basis with view to permanency.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will be responsible for processing vehicle licensing and registration documentation while ensuring compliance with WA Department of Transport requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing new and used vehicle registrations, transfers, and cancellations
  • Preparing accurate licensing and compliance documentation
  • Liaising with the sales and administration teams to ensure timely processing
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Providing friendly and professional customer service when required

About You

  • Previous experience in an administration, clerical or licensing role (automotive experience highly regarded)
  • Current Dealer Online Login will guarantee interview
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Confident with computer systems and data entry
