Tracc Civilis an industry leading civil construction and earthmoving company based in Bibra Lake, Western Australia. With a strong portfolio of projects across the Perth Metropolitan Area, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality outcomes and fostering a supportive team environment.

We are currently seeking a diligent, dedicated and efficient Accounts Clerk for a full-time permanent position with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing financial and administrative assistance to our accountants
  • Processing accounts and incoming payments
  • Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
  • Setting up new creditors/suppliers
  • Completing creditor checks and credit application processing
  • Ensuring supplier's invoices have been charged and recorded correctly
  • Controlling and managing all creditors invoice/statement filing
  • Generating purchase orders as requested
  • Maintaining client/supplier databases
  • Liaising with internal staff, external suppliers, and other departments regarding accounting matters

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar accounts role
  • Basic understanding of accounting functions and general accounting procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and accounting software
  • Fast, accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-focused mindset
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
