The Role

Mammoet are looking for a pro-active and analytical addition to our Finance team. As an Operations Administrator, you will provide essential support to our site-based teams, ensuring the smooth coordination of business services across our Rio Tinto sites in the Pilbara. This role is key to supporting day-to-day functions, including documentation, reporting, invoicing, compliance, and communication between departments.

The role will be based in our Henderson Head office within Perth on a Full-Time Monday-Friday basis.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Preparing and reviewing pro forma invoices
  • Raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Entering and tracking timesheet for personnel and equipment
  • Liaising with our Rio Tinto client representatives
  • Maintaining registers and record keeping

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with invoicing and purchase requisitions
  • Rio Tinto Track system experience (Preferable)
  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • 2 years experince in a similar role
  • Ability to show initiative and multitask, to take ownership and be adaptable
  • A positive attitude and a natural team player
