The Role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-focused Contracts Administrator to support the financial and contractual success of our projects. Working closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, you'll ensure smooth delivery across varied and exciting scopes.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and review contracts, subcontracts, and procurement documentation

· Manage variations, progress claims, and contract administration

· Maintain strong supplier and subcontractor relationships

· Monitor budgets, costs, and contractual compliance

· Support risk management and project reporting

About You

· Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

· years' experience in contracts administration (multi-sector experience desirable)

· Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and organisational skills

· Proficiency with cost management software and advanced Excel

· Ability to thrive in dynamic environments
