Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production/Pick Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced production environment. The Production/Pick Packer will work closely with the production team to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
  • Assemble products and package them for shipment
  • Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Operate production equipment as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the production manager

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
  • Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management
