We're looking for Furniture Assemblers and a Cabinetmaker to join our growing production team. With over 20 years of experience and a strong reputation for quality and innovation, Peppertree Furniture designs and manufactures durable, custom-built furniture solutions for schools, offices, and beyond.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble with precision: Build furniture that's built to last — accurate, level, and reliable.
• Use your hands (and tools): Drills, clamps, screwdrivers — you're confident and capable.
• Learn on the job: Training provided to operate machinery safely and effectively.
• Check your work: Ensure each piece meets our high standards before it leaves the floor.
• Work together: You'll be part of a supportive, skilled team that takes pride in the job.
• Stay safe and tidy: Follow safety procedures and keep your space clean and organised.

What We're Looking For:

• Confidence using hand tools
• Experience in assembly or cabinetmaking is great — but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Good communication and a team-first attitude
• Willingness to learn and take pride in what you build
