Are you a manufacturing worker looking for career growth, stability and a job thats more than a job?

We are looking for candidates that have the following skills. We need workers that will require minimum training.

Must have excellent attention to detail

Ability to learn on the job as minimal work instructions available

Must be physically fit as the work is heavy and parts are awkward to handle

Must be able to handle frustration as parts do not always fit as intended

Ability to work alone as some tasks are one person jobs

Must understand differences in metal types and fasteners as they may look the same, but they have specific uses and materials must match

Understanding of work efficiency as build times are critical

Must not be afraid to admit errors so they can be rectified before they become a major problem

Must be able to fit in a diverse team and be able to move between areas as required

An understanding of folded metal and the variances you encounter between parts is a bonus

A basic understanding of mechanical assemblies and how they work

Must be able to work in challenging environments and with an eye for safety in all aspects of the job

Ability to effectively use hand tools such as rivet guns, torque wrenches, nut runners, and screwdrivers

Be able to work on complex assemblies and ensure there are no steps missed
