Join us in this Stores & Warehouse Operator position in our facility in Lonsdale, SA 5160 and you will work with a supportive team who respect and support each other.

Purpose of the position:

TheStores & Warehouse Operator will be responsible for ensuring all Raw Materials, Consumables and purchased finished goods are booked into the system and put away or distributed correctly and in a timely manner. This position plays an important role in ensuring on time delivery of products to our customers.

The role available is Afternoon Shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm Monday to Friday). This role can be undertaken Full time / Part Time / Casual.

Your role will involve:

  • Packing the individual products and preparation of goods for dispatch.
  • Receipt of incoming raw materials, consumables and purchased finished goods
  • Distribution of delivered items to internal departments.
  • Reporting of stock shortages.
  • Picking materials for production following the BOM structure and location of stock.
  • Transacting the movement of stock in our ERP system.
  • Refilling kanban tubs as required.

Qualifications Preferred

  • Transport and Distribution (Warehousing) Certificate I and II
  • Being able to obtain or having current Forklift Licence.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience (Essential)

  • Previous stores, stock handling and raw materials receipting experience.
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem solving and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-growing environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate an acceptable level of literacy and numerical skills.
