About the Role

Our client is embarking on an exciting ERP business transformation program. This transformation will streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and drive efficiency across the organisation.

As a Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting this large-scale ERP Transformation Program. Working closely with the Program Manager and stakeholders, you'll provide project coordination, administration, and communication support to ensure successful delivery of program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of project management documents, including budgets, schedules, and scope statements
  • Manage administrative tasks such as invoices, purchase orders, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate procurement processes to ensure timely access to resources
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, meetings, agendas, and reporting
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding of project team members
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and compile status updates for stakeholders
  • Drive cross-team collaboration to ensure deliverables are achieved
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and knowledge repositories

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
  • Proven organisational skills, including planning, prioritisation, and time management
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to shifting project requirements
  • Experience in project coordination, ideally within large-scale transformation or ERP programs
  • Knowledge of change management principles is highly regarded
