The Opportunity

We're seeking a RAID Manager to oversee and report on project
risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
(RAID).

Working within a large-scale program, you'll lead risk review processes, maintain registers, and support business continuity and crisis management frameworks.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and manage delivery risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
  • Run regular risk/issue review meetings and Risk Review Boards
  • Maintain and update RAID registers and reporting requirements
  • Develop and enhance risk management processes aligned with ISO standards
  • Support business continuity and crisis management practices
  • Mentor teams on risk management principles
  • Ensure accurate reporting and contribute to monthly status updates

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Strong experience applying risk management methodologies (e.g., ISO 31000)
  • Proven track record managing project risks, dependencies, and opportunities
  • Background in project delivery and professional services
  • Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels

Desirable

  • Government/Defence sector experience
  • Exposure to cybersecurity, military operations, or systems engineering
  • Familiarity with Agile and ISO standards
