The Opportunity
We're seeking a RAID Manager to oversee and report on project
risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
(RAID).
Working within a large-scale program, you'll lead risk review processes, maintain registers, and support business continuity and crisis management frameworks.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and manage delivery risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
- Run regular risk/issue review meetings and Risk Review Boards
- Maintain and update RAID registers and reporting requirements
- Develop and enhance risk management processes aligned with ISO standards
- Support business continuity and crisis management practices
- Mentor teams on risk management principles
- Ensure accurate reporting and contribute to monthly status updates
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Strong experience applying risk management methodologies (e.g., ISO 31000)
- Proven track record managing project risks, dependencies, and opportunities
- Background in project delivery and professional services
- Confident engaging stakeholders at all levels
Desirable
- Government/Defence sector experience
- Exposure to cybersecurity, military operations, or systems engineering
- Familiarity with Agile and ISO standards
