Principal Coordinator Information and Technology

**Your key responsibilities**: Develop detailed project management plans including communication strategies, project schedules and support documentation.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate planned work and specific projects to deliver business outcomes and further develop the ICT roadmap.Provide detailed advice, analysis, information, support and guidance on the operational infrastructure challenges impacting on the business.Manage production incidents, support requests and planned work to deliver quality information technology solutions to agreed service standards.Develop, analyse and implement technology management solutions to increase service to increase service performance, availability and recovery positions across the ICT environment.Work collaboratively with the Manager, Information and Technology Services to enhance and develop best practice strategies to drive greater efficiency and productivity.
