DBC is a consultancy that works across APAC, specialising in close customer partnerships to deliver outcomes. We're seeking a Senior Project Manager in Sydney to lead major financial services technology projects in lending, credit, and compliance.

Role Description

DBC is partnering with a global financial technology provider that delivers innovative SaaS solutions for lending, credit management, and compliance. We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive complex projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful implementations.

This is a full-time role, based on-site in the Greater Sydney Area. The Senior Technology Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing technology projects from inception to completion. Tasks include coordinating program management activities, analyzing project requirements, managing budgets, ensuring project timelines are met, and collaborating with information technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for large-scale financial services technology initiatives
  • Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clear communication
  • Oversee project governance, timelines, budgets, and risk management
  • Drive the successful implementation of loan origination systems or lending platforms (preferred)
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards

Requirements

  • 10+ years' project management experience in Australia
    or
    20+ years working internationally
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven success delivering complex projects within financial services
  • Preferred
    : Experience with lending systems and loan origination solutions

    Sydney
    , with ability to work onsite when required
