About the Role:

As a Membership Sales Consultant at Wellness Department, you'll be the driving force behind our mission to empower individuals to embrace an active lifestyle. If you're a dynamic, results-oriented sales enthusiast with a knack for building relationships, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with Prospects:
  • Engage with prospects to understand their fitness goals and aspirations.
  • Tailor your approach to each prospect, nurturing authentic connections.
  • Execute Strategic Sales Initiatives:
  • Utilise various sales techniques, including outreach, lead generation, and follow-up, to maximise membership sales.
  • Secure appointments with prospects and maintain consistent follow-up to address inquiries and referrals.
  • Offer Solutions and Guidance:
  • Present personalised solutions to prospects, highlighting the benefits of joining our fitness community.
  • Educate prospects on our gym's offerings and guide them toward informed decisions.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets:
  • Take ownership of your sales targets, working independently and collaboratively to achieve exceptional results.
  • Embrace ongoing training to refine your sales skills and elevate performance.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about sales and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.
  • Energetic, driven, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proven sales experience or a strong desire to excel in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative team player with a commitment to excellence.
  • Flexible availability, able to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google systems (Document, Sheets, etc) is a plus
