We have an exciting membership consultant position available for a vibrant, motivated, proactive person to join our friendly team at Body Shape Warringah Mall in transforming women's lives.

HOURS:

15-30 hrs/Wk.

Must be available weekends.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Sales experience

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • Confident leader

  • Excellent phone & email manner

  • Fitness industry experience

  • High attention to detail / excellent administration skills

  • Self-starter

  • Ability to thrive in an unsupervised environment

  • Reliable and honest

  • Social media savvy a bonus

  • An honest passion to work within the health and fitness industry

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The position involves driving membership sales, greeting and assisting members, reception, inbound/outbound calls, follow up, problem-solving, working independently, becoming a team leader, creating an amazing experience for members, leading specific gym operational tasks more.

There is also potential for management and personal training roles within the business.
