As a Membership Sales Consultant at Wellness Department, you'll be the driving force behind our mission to empower individuals to embrace an active lifestyle. **Responsibilities**:

- **Connect with Prospects**:

- Engage with prospects to understand their fitness goals and aspirations.
- Tailor your approach to each prospect, nurturing authentic connections.
- **Execute Strategic Sales Initiatives**:

- Utilise various sales techniques, including outreach, lead generation, and follow-up, to maximise membership sales.
- Secure appointments with prospects and maintain consistent follow-up to address inquiries and referrals.
- **Offer Solutions and Guidance**:

- Present personalised solutions to prospects, highlighting the benefits of joining our fitness community.
- Educate prospects on our gym's offerings and guide them toward informed decisions.
- **Meet and Exceed Targets**:

- Take ownership of your sales targets, working independently and collaboratively to achieve exceptional results.
- Embrace ongoing training to refine your sales skills and elevate performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Passionate about sales and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.
- Energetic, driven, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proven sales experience or a strong desire to excel in sales.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to excellence.
- Flexible availability, able to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google systems (Document, Sheets, etc) is a plus
