Location: Charmhaven, NSW

Job Type: Full-Time (38 hours per week)

Salary: Base wage + uncapped commission + bonuses

About Momentum

Momentum Health + Fitness is a premium 24/7 fitness and wellness facility on the Central Coast, offering world-class gym equipment, recovery therapies (saunas, ice baths, red light therapy), boxing classes, a crèche, and group fitness in a vibrant, community-driven environment. We're growing fast and are looking for a driven Sales Consultant to help us expand our member base and change lives.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone passionate about fitness, people, and performance. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective members — showcasing the Momentum difference, identifying their needs, and signing them up to the most suitable membership package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins
  • Conduct gym tours and consultations with prospective members
  • Recommend membership packages based on individual needs and goals
  • Drive sign-ups for gym, wellness, and boxing memberships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Assist with local outreach campaigns, pop-ups, and events
  • Log and track leads using our software
  • Support member onboarding and handovers to the wider team
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or member engagement (fitness industry preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and follow-up discipline
  • Goal-oriented mindset and a hunger to exceed KPIs
  • Team player who thrives in a high-energy environment
  • Comfortable working weekends or evenings if needed
