Membership Consultant Required Skills & Responsibilities (Casual Role)

Sales Skills: Ability to effectively sell gym memberships and related services.

Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills to assist members with inquiries and concerns.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact with potential and current members.

Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of gym memberships, pricing plans, and facilities.

Goal-Oriented: Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets set by management.

Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with members.

Organization and Time Management: Prioritising tasks and managing multiple inquiries efficiently.

Social Media / Marketing (not necessary but desirable): Able to assist with management of social media accounts and produce quality content. Expected to participate in promotional activities / social media videos where required.

Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule to accomodate operation requirements.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
