We're looking for an Account Manager to join our team and make a real impact.

About The Role
This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on developing relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

You will manage a well-established portfolio of valued, long-standing clients, built on trust and strong relationships and given genuine opportunity to grow your portfolio.

Ready to take ownership of a varied portfolio, you'll be successful in delivering exceptional service, leveraging your expertise and contributing to a dedicated team of brokers. Our clients are largely in the professional, business and corporate sector, so relevant product knowledge is essential.

Managing a secure and well maintained portfolio of clients, you'll also

  • Prepare and present tailored risk management solutions to new and existing clients
  • Build strong relationships with underwriters and insurance partners to support the placement of risks
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.

We focus on advisory and placement services in the Professional and Financial Risks, Corporate and Business Sectors, advising a broad range of clients ranging from the single practitioner through to large organisations operating on a global basis in a broad range of industry and business sectors. We're ambitious, keen to develop others and ready to share our success with aligned professionals.

About You
With broad commercial product knowledge, you're ready to make the most of your experience and enjoy the benefits of working with an employer of our calibre. You have strong rapport-building skills and are known for your ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment, self motivate and inspire others by the way you operate.

You're a team player with great verbal and written communication skills and a genuine interest in helping your clients. You have your Tier 1 certification and will enjoy working with a supportive manager, a collaborative team and well-regarded brand.
