**Responsibilities**:
- Daily preparation, collation and capturing of financial information and data
- Processing of invoicing and purchases
- Assist the team with all month-end processes
- Data maintenance and data set up on accounting systems
- Assist with various customer queries and requests
- Working with the sales team to process and manage customer account administration.
**Qualifications**:
- A natural ability with numbers and accuracy.
- To thrive in a fast environment.
- The ability to manage/prioritise competing demands.
- To be highly organised and detail orientated.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
