Your Plan Manager (YPM) is a leading intermediary NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination service provider, well known across Australia. We support full choice and control for participants and encourage them to make the decisions around their plans.
**The Role-Hybrid Working Arrangements Apply**:
The Provider Services Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, support, and resourcing of the Provider Services team, with a focus on ensuring outcomes and targets, are achieved with quality and in line with our values. You will be well supported by an experienced management team and amazing team members.
**Key Responsibilities**:
This dynamic position will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
- Lead the Provider Services team in their day-to-day work.
- Address formal disciplinary issues with the support and guidance of the Finance Services Manager.
- Audit team members comply with the processing of information.
- Contribute to the interpretation of the NDIS price guide.
- Ensure claiming and financial activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure quality record management and capturing of income and participant budgets within our system.
- Exercise judgment and contribute critical knowledge and skills to develop and implement processes and procedures that are not clearly defined
- Provide a high level of service and advice to clients and providers.
- Actively participate in the business growth targets and ensure satisfaction among all providers and clients.
- Proactively ensure that Your Plan Manager is represented and promoted within the industry and community.
- Ensure correspondence and documentation are managed efficiently and confidentially by all team members.
- Identify and report any risks to the Manager fraud, complaints, and incidents.
- Maintain current knowledge of the NDIS, Quality and Safeguards, price guides, and guidelines and proactively drive your personal learning and growth.
- Ensure all NDIS reporting, and compliance requirements are met across all departments within YPM.
**About You**:
- A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude to learning and engaging with your team.
- Be an effective time manager of your work, and team tasks, and work with staff to improve the services offered to providers through refining communication and workflows.
- Undertake responsibilities as and when directed by the Finance Services Manager for activities in specialized areas.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Advanced understanding and commitment to person-centered support and services to people with a disability, their teams, and service providers.
- Demonstrated 2+ years’ experience supervising and supporting a team of 5+ people successfully.
- **_ Ideally 2+ years’ experience working within the NDIS Plan Management sector, PRODA (Provider Digital Access), MYP or similar CRM, invoice processing, and the NDIS Pride Guide._**:
- ** OR DEMONSTRATED 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING, BOOKKEEPING, INSURANCE BROKING**:
- Qualification(s) in Business Administration, Financial Services, Insurance Broking, Bookkeeping, or another relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering quality outcomes through relationship management and high-volume interactions.
- Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in CRM Software (MYP).
- Understanding of HR Software (Employment Hero).
- NDIS Worker Screening and any other mandates relating to the disability sector, including COVID-19 vaccination must be obtained prior to the approval of employment.
- Own laptop.
