Lion, home to Australia’s most iconic beer and RTD brands - West End, Hahn, Stone & Wood, and Kirin Hyoketsu (to name a few) - is looking for a passionate and results-driven **Key Account Manager**. The role is based in Adelaide and has a focus on the South Australian on-premise channel. In this role, you'll manage existing key on-premise accounts along with retail execution and pursue exciting new business opportunities across the state.

**Your Mission**:

- ** Manage and Grow Key Accounts**: Build and nurture relationships with influential on-premise groups, ensuring long-term partnerships that drive growth for both our customers and Lion.
- ** Strategic Sales Leadership**: Lead sales initiatives and retail execution, effectively managing promotional planning, trade spend and driving volume/value/profit outcomes.
- ** Innovate and Drive Results**: Bring fresh ideas and creativity to the table, delivering joint marketing initiatives that align with our portfolio strategy.
- ** Achieve Through Others**: Work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers to bring your vision to life, ensuring success across all key accounts.

**Your Edge**:

- ** Proven Success**: You’ve got a strong track record in sales and account management, with experience in the on-premise market (ideally within FMCG or alcohol).
- ** Strategic Negotiator**: You can partner and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring win-win outcomes and maximising commercial success.
- ** Leader of People**: You know how to inspire and motivate teams to achieve shared goals, creating a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- ** Commercial Acumen**: You understand budgets, trade spend, and business priorities, making decisions that drive success.
- ** Must-Haves**: A valid Australian driver’s licence and eligibility to work in Australia.
