**THE ROLE**:
To support the Claims and Accounts function of the business through assessment,
remediation, and processing of invoices and claims in an accurate and timely manner,
contributing to the achievement of effective, compliant, and quality outcomes.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**This dynamic position will be responsible for, but not be limited to**:
- Assist with assessing, remediation, and processing of invoices, claims and financial activities in a timely and
accurate manner.
- Work under general guidance and follow established routines, methods and clearly
defined guidelines.
- Advanced skills in oral and written communication with clients and other team members.
- Ability to meet and exceed company standards and benchmarks implemented around all work tasks including data entry tests, accurate and timely processing of claims and invoices and responsive communication.
- Ensure all data and information is current.
- Actively participate in client and business growth and development through client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure correspondence and documentation are managed efficiently and confidentially.
- Maintain current knowledge of the NDIS, Quality and Safeguards, price guides, and guidelines, and proactively drive your personal learning and growth.
- Positively contribute to the achievement of the business objectives whilst maintaining a focus on the business values.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures and engage in performance improvement and coaching; Provide assistance to junior team members in order to resolve minor work procedural issues.
- Proactively participate in team communication, including meetings.
- Actively and positively participate in training provided.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude to learning and engaging within a team.
- Be an effective time manager of your work.
- Employees will be expected to understand work procedures relevant to their department and may aid lower-classified employees or volunteers concerning established procedures to meet the objectives.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Demonstrated experience in working autonomously in an appropriate environment, with focus and diligence, delivering high levels of service.
- Experience or ability to provide accounts support in a similar environment with excellent accuracy.
- Relevant skills in administration and processing data entry, invoicing, payments and claims within a high volume, multi-system environment.
- Experience in CRM Software (MYP).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and any other mandates relating to the disability sector, including COVID-19 vaccination must be obtained prior to the approval of employment.
- Own laptop.
