Your Key Responsibilities:

To excel in this role, you will need to be across the following key responsibilities:

Client Experience Mastery

  • Commit to Learning: Engage in a dedicated learning period to fully understand and master our end-to-end client management process.
  • Inquiry Conversion:Lead the charge in converting telephone and online inquiries into paying clients by utilising active listening, building a relationship and understanding of a person's problem, then using persuasive communication and in-depth knowledge of our services to effectively diagnose the problem and offer a solution within the Firm, turning the enquiry into a paying client.

Sales Excellence

  • Achieve Targets: Take ownership of personal sales goals by successfully converting new cases from inquiries. Keep detailed records and assist in the calculation of conversion rates and numbers of leads.
  • Support and Strategy:Collaborate with the General Manager to enhance sales strategies, benefiting from mentorship and shared insights.

Team Involvement

  • Assist the Client Delivery Team: Work within a dedicated team responsible for the seamless administration of client cases, from documentation to diary management.
  • Streamline Inquiries: Ensure efficient handling of both client and sales enquiries, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Maintain Case Flow: Oversee case updates, material collection, and file management to ensure a smooth and efficient case progression.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage financial aspects related to cases, including fee collection and financial documentation, with precision and care.

What We're Looking For:

The key to success in this role is the capacity to develop from active listening and compassion, an engaged and paying client.

You should consider these key requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets, possibly within a legal, insurance, or banking environment, although this is not required, and any driven sales gun will suit the role. Someone who can think on their feet and build a relationship with a client will thrive.
  • Strong organisational skills, adept at multitasking and managing complex processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and effectively working within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with a fee-for-service model.
