Job Description: We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Face-to-Face Fundraisers. This role involves engaging with the public to raise awareness and support for various charities including some of Australia's most reputable organisations. It requires dedication, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with individuals in public spaces, shopping centers and events to discuss our charity initiatives.
  • Provide detailed information and handle queries about the charities we represent.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and fundraising regulations.
  • Create relationships with quality on-going donors.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ethical compass.
  • Previous experience in fundraising or sales is beneficial, but in no way required. If you are driven, we are driven to teach.
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently.
