We are looking for an experienced dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team and represent Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra.

Serenitas Management Pty Ltd is a market leader in developing and operating land lease lifestyle communities. Some brands we are known for are Thyme Lifestyle Resorts, National Lifestyle Villages, RV Homebase and The Anchorage. With 30+ resorts Australia wide and growing, our vision is to provide affordable luxury resort-style living in a safe community of like-minded people.

This is a great opportunity to join our fantastic supportive team during this exciting period of growth. You will be selling off the plan and newly completed homes in this new and vibrant community.

Key to success in this role will be the following:

  • Absolute passion for sales with a commitment to a high level of the customer journey experience, and a strong desire to help our clients achieve their dream lifestyle.
  • Ability to build quality relationships with everyone you meet.
  • Strong sales ability, with a focus on empathy and rapport whilst closing sales.
  • A commitment to achieving your sales and referral targets.
  • The ability to engage with our clients' families to help them understand the lifestyle benefits and ensure their extended family support their lifestyle transition.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to support and excel with your resort team.

You will also need to demonstrate to us:

  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • The ability to support multiple clients and manage several tasks at the same time.
  • Strong communication and excellent listening skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • That you love creating solutions to challenges and supporting the whole team's success.
  • Sound Microsoft skills – Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Understanding of CRM systems & Pipeline management.
  • Proven experience, passionate and result driven in sales or customer service.
  • Be flexible.

Duties include:

  • Guiding and nurturing clients through the entire sales process.
  • Maintaining your pipeline and activities live in CRM software with accuracy.
  • Presentation of display homes and sales office to be at a high level.
  • Participate and help organise events, functions and presentations.
  • Preparing and maintaining sales related contractual documentation.
  • Assist with producing sales reports and contribute to sales and project meetings
  • Become a trusted and valuable member of the team and resort community.

This role is remunerated with an attractive base salary in addition to sales commissions on every new home sale.

This role is based around a five-day week, inclusive of a weekend day.

Training will be provided on and off site.
