About the Role

We have a couple of exciting opportunities at Gold Coast Airport, QLD, for both Customer Service/Sales and Vehicle Detailing roles.

These positions are ideal for team members who are self-motivated, reliable, and open to being involved across different areas of our business.

  • Customer Service/Sales: You'll be the first point of contact at the rental counter, assisting with bookings, answering customer questions, and promoting our products and services.
  • Vehicle Detailing: You'll play a key role in preparing our vehicles, ensuring they're cleaned inside and out and ready for our customers to enjoy.

What we're looking for

  • Applicants must have a full and valid driver's license.
  • Minimum availability of 4 days per week
  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or vehicle detailing roles are highly regarded
  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
  • Ability to do physical, vehicle driving, checking and cleaning duties when required
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
