The Fraud and Scams Industry, Intelligence and Disruption Team is responsible for engagement and execution of prevention activities to protect our Customers and all Australians from fraud and scams. This includes triage, verification, investigations, intelligence sharing, disruption, loss recovery and law enforcement engagement.
In this Role
As the Projects, Enablement and Change Lead you will be responsible for designing, providing requirements, deploying alongside our technology squad(s), business verification testing and supporting projects and changes within the Industry, Intelligence and Disruption team. The effective delivery of these changes will significantly contribute towards our goal to protecting our Customers and all Australians.
You will be working with many stakeholders to elicit requirements while incorporating your long term vision of futureproofing solutions. In addition to working alongside technology delivery teams, you will work with Risk and Compliance teams on relevant risk assessments and obtain their approvals.
In this role you will:
- Lead Industry, Intelligence and Disruption team projects and changes from idealization to post deployment change support.
- Be responsible for
- Capturing and communicating requirements.
- Morph and prioritize requirements to ensure futureproofing and scalability (functional and non-functional).
- Constant communication and updates with impacted teams and your leadership team.
- Design support for Technical Delivery Teams (Business Owner Representative), including test cases.
- Complete risk assessments and associated activities.
- Attend and present at relevant project and change meetings / stand ups.
- Perform BVT, and provide sign-offs.
- Develop and implement effective change management plans.
- Ensure projects and changes are implemented successfully (time, cost, quality).
- Foster a culture of care, continuous improvement, innovation and automation.
- Collate, prepare and present packs to stakeholders to communicate changes and design considerations.
- Maintain project and change documentation, with relevant signoffs evidenced.
- Maintain a risk and issue register.
- Leverage the use of various analytical tools and techniques to interrogate Group systems and data.
- Ability to prioritise action items and tasks autonomously.
- Collaborate with internal Operations, Analytics, Governance, Capability and reporting teams, and external partner teams.
- Design solutions which help the team achieve its key performance indicators while reducing risks.
We are interested in hearing from people who have
- Proven experience within the Business Analysis and/or Project Management spaces.
- High diligence with ability to identify potential issues and opportunities and translate into actionable improvements for your team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams effectively.
- Demonstrated capacity to produce high quality project and change artifacts.
- Exposure and working knowledge of Fraud and Scams or Cyber or AML preferred.
- A focus for effective decision-making, problem-solving and optimisation / automation.
