What you'll do

  • Own and evolve the product strategy for fraud and scam prevention across multiple squads and initiatives.

  • Define and deliver roadmaps that balance customer protection, regulatory compliance, and business value.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through agile delivery, ensuring clarity, momentum, and impact.

  • Champion the voice of the customer , translating insights into intuitive, inclusive solutions.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology, risk, compliance, operations, and law enforcement.

  • Use data, intelligence, and Gen AI capabilities to anticipate threats, automate detection, and enhance decision-making.

  • Embed the Scams Prevention Framework into product design and delivery to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide strategy and regulatory expectations.

  • Mentor and uplift Product Owners and team members, fostering a culture of care, curiosity, and courage.

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Leader , ideally in fraud, scams, cyber, or AML domains.

  • Deep understanding of agile delivery , product lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for customer safety and ethical innovation .

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • A data-driven mindset and experience using analytics to guide product decisions.

  • Familiarity with risk frameworks, regulatory environments , and compliance processes.

  • A track record of delivering complex products in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
