Financial Crimes Response Lead

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Financial Crimes Response Lead to join our dynamic Product team within the Financial Crime Domain.

The purpose of this role is to support law enforcement, clients, and regulators in ad-hoc investigations requiring specialist fraud and scam knowledge. You will work with internal and external parties to share intelligence and participate in special disruption operations while driving special projects for product domains to uplift their fraud and scam capabilities.

This role involves determining the company's response to fraud and scam risks and activities, evangelising and educating financial crimes knowledge within the organisation, driving thought leadership and representing the company at industry forums, client forums on fraud and scam, and advocating for industry reform.

You will also be responsible for managing complex investigations and supporting/collaborating with external parties such as government agencies or law enforcement, and being responsible for matters of concern that require 'need to know basis only' investigations.

To succeed in this role, you will have extensive experience in a financial crime analysis and investigative role, demonstrated experience in successful internal and external relationship management, proven experience in working effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrated experience in strategy development within financial crime.

You will also possess the following technical skills: ability to lead productive working relationships with internal and external parties, understanding of current and emerging trends within the fraud and scam landscape, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and excellent organisational and time management skills.
