Job Description

Cuscal is at the forefront of payments innovation, enabling seamless and secure solutions for millions of Australians.

The role involves supporting law enforcement, clients, and/or regulators in ad-hoc investigations requiring specialist fraud and scam knowledge.

Key responsibilities include determining Cuscal's response to fraud & scam risks and activities, evangelizing financial crimes knowledge within Cuscal, driving thought leadership and representing Cuscal at industry forums, client forums on fraud & scam, advocating for industry reform, managing complex investigations, and supporting/collaborating with external parties such as government agencies or law enforcement.

  • Determining Cuscal's response to fraud & scam risks and activities
  • Evangelsing and educating financial crimes knowledge within Cuscal
  • Driving thought leadership and representing Cuscal at industry forums, client forums on fraud & scam; advocating for industry reform
  • Managing complex investigations and supporting/collaborating with external parties such as government agencies or law enforcement
  • Being responsible for matters of concern which require 'need to know basis only' investigations
