About this Role

As a Sales Planning and Order Management Intern, you will support the Sales Planning & Order Management Lead in optimizing vehicle planning, forecasting, and order management processes.

This role offers hands-on experience in coordinating vehicle supply and demand, working closely with commercial, operational, and global sales planning teams to contribute to strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Main project
    • Develop a Data basis that supports the business requirements
  • Assist in preparing and updating the monthly car flow plan from a logistics point of view.
  • Support the Customer Operations Team with data entry and analysis
  • Provide support for ad hoc reporting and data compilation
  • Assist in developing and maintaining files and tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of Power BI, Qlik and database usage.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in problem-solving and operational processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) at an intermediate level.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team goals.
