Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to manage our customer service operations for our travel business. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of both youth and adult tour groups as they embark on exciting journeys around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with tour groups, providing guidance and assistance throughout their travel experience.
  • Communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds ideally with an ability to speak multiple languages.
  • Stay up-to-date with current international first aid practices to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage flight and transport changes efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to customers' itineraries.
  • Coordinate hotel arrangements and ensure accommodations meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Be flexible with working hours to accommodate time zone changes and provide support to customers in different regions.
  • Oversee a small international team.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages, with the ability to speak confidently and fluently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
