About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead our International Commercial team in Sydney. As a key member of this team, you will oversee the operational performance of our bonded facility, ensuring seamless flow of international parcel volumes while maintaining compliance, safety, and service standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations, including cargo retrieval, clearance, and last mile injection in alignment with network teams.
  • Manage transport allocations and lead the warehouse team to ensure consistent service delivery across all gateways.
  • Oversee compliance with regulations and relevant border authority requirements.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and products to improve processing efficiency.
  • Deliver weekly SLA reporting, ensure infrastructure is maintained, and drive 100% scan and security compliance.

You bring deep expertise in international cargo operations and a strong understanding of customs regulations, bonded facility procedures, and the technologies that drive operational efficiency.
