Customer Service Representative - International Freight Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in International Freight Operations.

Job Description:

This role will be responsible for coordinating freight bookings, ensuring timely delivery, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders to ensure smooth freight operations.
