Are you looking for a role in customs and logistics?

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team.

As a key member of our customs team, you will be responsible for preparing customs documents, feeding data into customs operating systems, and providing administrative support to others within the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in customs and a desire to learn about this field. Previous experience in shipping or international freight forwarding is advantageous, but not essential.

You should be able to work independently, adapt to changes daily due to customer requests, and demonstrate a high degree of reliability and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Customs Document Preparation: Prepare customs documents as required per local customs regulations
  • Data Entry: Feed data into customs operating system
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to others within Customs
  • Documentation and SOPs: Maintain documentation/SOPs
  • Operational System Support: Support/maintain operational systems
  • Tax and Billing Resolution: Resolve duty/tax and billing issues
  • Quality and Best Practice Audits: Conduct quality and best practice audits
  • Payment and Accounting Management: Manage payments/accounting
  • Back-Office Duties: Execute back-office duties (e.g. scanning, filing, reporting)
