Are you ready to grow your career in hotel sales with a brand that's known for curated experiences and genuine hospitality? Lancemore Hotels is seeking a passionate and driven Part Time Sales Executive - 3 days per week to join our Head Office team in Melbourne CBD.
Reporting to our Group Director of Sales & Marketing, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales or reservations professional who's eager to take the next step in a high-performing, supportive environment.
About The Role
You'll play a key part in driving sales across our portfolio by:
- Sourcing and securing new business opportunities across MICE and other market segments
- Managing and nurturing key accounts with care and creativity
- Conducting site inspections and familiarisation events to showcase our properties
- Converting leads into high-value bookings with confidence and flair
- Collaborating with a talented team to meet and exceed revenue targets and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Experience in hotel Sales, Reservations, or Business Development, with exposure to MICE and Events
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- A confident communicator and natural relationship builder
- Established networks in the corporate or events space (a bonus)
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- A positive, can-do attitude with a warm and professional approach
- Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and converting enquiries into results
