Conference & Events Manager

We are now seeking a Conference & Events Manager to lead the sales and delivery of our event program across multiple venues within the hotel.

In this pivotal pre-opening role, you'll drive the success of our meetings and events business by building strong client relationships, securing bookings, and creating exceptional experiences for every guest.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and collaborating with our operations team to ensure flawless event delivery.

  • Selling and coordinating events across multiple spaces, including our one-of-a-kind event space with sweeping views over the city.

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate events, boardroom meetings, social occasions, and large-scale celebrations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Driving sales targets and maximising event revenue through proactive business development.
  • Collaborating with the culinary, bar, and operations teams to deliver world-class, memorable event experiences.
  • Overseeing event operations to ensure flawless execution from enquiry to post-event follow-up.

About You:

We're looking for a Conference & Events Manager who is both a strategic seller and a hands-on coordinator.
