What we do
Our purpose, more than ever, is to revolutionise graduate employability and we do this by offering targeted programs to both domestic and international students.
Since 2008, we have helped over 35,000 graduates start their professional careers in Australia, primarily through our Professional Year Programs (offered under the Performance Education brand) but also through our various partnerships with universities and higher education providers.
What we offer you
Become a valuable part of a highly supportive and flexible work culture. Reporting to the Placements Manager, you'll work closely with our students, coaching them in resume writing and interview preparation to ensure they are 'employment ready'. This is an ongoing casual role, with the potential to go perm.
Previous recruitment, customer service or call centre experience would be an advantage; however is not essential for applications.

Skills and experience required for the role
- A strong customer focus and the ability to have courageous conversations
- A proven history of meeting targets and delivering results
- A passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Exceptional time management
- Strong administrative skills with a highly acute attention to detail
- The ability to work at pace and successfully juggle competing priorities
- Intermediate skills in Excel and Word
