They have successfully completed countless projects across South East Queensland and are well known for their sustainable designs and commitment to high-quality builds. Due to a pipeline of works that is only growing, our client is looking to expand their team and welcome a Junior Contract Administrator…could this be you?

Your new role

Joining an experienced and growing team, your role as a Junior Contract Administrator will involve the following:

  • Subcontract tendering
  • Claim assessments
  • Variations management
  • Design coordination
  • Document control
  • RFI management
  • Operating Procore, EstimateOne, and Sign on Site platforms
  • Assisting with the pricing and planning of upcoming projects
  • Defect identification
  • Ordering materials
  • Procurement.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must be locally based on the Sunshine Coast and have proven experience as a Junior or Cadet Contract Administrator. You will have full Australian working rights, a Driver's Licence, and a willingness to learn.
