Junior Referral Liaison Officer- Just Skin Treatment Clinic

Location: Sunshine Coast, Noosa and Gympie

Employment Type: Permanent Part Time- 38 hours per fortnight

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and personable Junior Referral Liaison Officer to join our team in January 2026. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start or grow their career in marketing within the healthcare industry or for someone currently studying Marketing. You'll play an important part in supporting referring doctors, building strong professional relationships and event planning for GP education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain relationships with referring GPs, dermatologists, and other specialists.
  • Track and report referral activity using internal systems.
  • Represent the clinic with professionalism and care in all external communications.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives, such as clinic visits and educational events
  • Provide general administrative support to the Business Manager and Clinical team.

About You:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, professional, and approachable manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn about skin cancer treatment and healthcare operations.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a small, collaborative team.
  • Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and ability to travel between clinics.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience in healthcare, medical administration, or customer service.
  • Understanding of referral processes within a medical setting.
