About the role:

Working closely within the day of operations this role will provide support to the Regional Operations Manager and the wider team. This is a varied, and at times, challenging role where excellent communication and organizational skills will be required. You will work alongside a fantastic leadership team to ensure the smooth running of our Sarina depot.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will be values driven with a strong bias toward action and a can-do attitude and at the same time want to have fun and enjoy your team environment.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Day to day administration
  • Scheduling of meetings
  • Archiving and file management
  • SAP experience an advantage but not essential
  • Purchasing (creating orders, invoicing, goods receipting)
  • Credit card reconciliation and travel bookings
  • Timesheets and leave management
