A Warehouse/Sales position with TWS Trade Supplies could involve tasks like receiving and dispatching goods, managing inventory, deliveries and providing customer service. If you're hands-on, organised, and take pride in keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you

LF forklift licence required for this position.

Responsibilities:

· Serving customers in a combined showroom/warehouse environment.

· Providing both warehouse and sales support.

. Utilizing strong communication and customer service skills

Sales Duties:

Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers, providing product information, and assisting with sales transactions.

Sales Support: Assisting with sales processes, such as processing orders, preparing quotes, and handling customer inquiries.

Product Knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of the products being sold to effectively assist customers.

Minimum 6-12 months of sales or customer service experience required.

Warehouse Duties:

Receiving and Dispatching: Receiving incoming shipments, verifying deliveries against purchase orders, and preparing outgoing orders for shipment.

Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate stock levels, organizing goods within the warehouse, and potentially using inventory management systems.

Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing items for customer orders or for delivery to retail locations.

Minimum 6-12 months of warehouse experience required.
