This business is a well known brand in the market being a leader in what they do in the retail industry With business booming and their continued look into the future they are looking to bring in a both an experienced Warehouse Supervisor & a Workforce Planner.

Being a business that's fast paced with a vibrant feel to the warehouse, they are looking for someone that can lead this positive, energetic and hard working team to bigger and better things

The site has a large amount of staff, so experience managing large teams is essential.

The main purpose of this Warehouse Supervisor role is to:

  • manage the warehouse team (up to 100 staff with 6 TL reporting to this position)
  • Identifying optimum staffing levels across the shift to meet cost and service KPI's
  • Monitor productivity and accuracy of all team members to ensure optimum performance is delivered daily whilst maintaining a safe working environment
  • use and update the warehouse management system & RF scanners
  • be a hands on leader, not just sitting behind a desk
  • ensure customer satisfaction
  • warehouse related customer delivery issues
  • maintain delivery and inventory accuracy

To be successful in this role you will:

  • have a minimum of 2 years warehouse supervisor / shift manager experience
  • be a people leader
  • be experienced with warehouse management systems
  • be a team player with a strong work ethic
  • be a problem solver and have a customer service mentality
  • know what it takes to be successful and look to support the site manager in the general day to day running of a fast paced warehouse

We are also looking to find a Workforce Planner who would help manage the casual labour and payroll across the site, so if you've been working with labour hire companies and understand the payroll side of the business then please apply as well.
